Experience
Gallium was formed by Tony Norris and Peter Dooley in July 2008. This executive team has considerable experience creating and promoting third party funds. Since 1991 the directors of Gallium have assisted many of the leading institutional and professional investment managers to create a portfolio of over one hundred funds totalling in excess of £12 billion.
The team has built up an invaluable working knowledge of a wide range of investment vehicles, tax structures and legal structures. They have demonstrated their ability to consistently match the investors’ requirements with appropriate asset management specialists within tax efficient structures. The executive team has enabled previous clients to:
- shorten the time taken to launch funds;
- reduce the cost of launch;
- identify and resolve technical and structural issues early in the launch process; and
- minimise management time and administration spent during the launch process.
