David Brown

Consultant

David has been working in the financial services industry for more than 40 years. He has been responsible for accounting functions within several firms and has acted as consultant for many clients. 

Prior to joining Gallium he was responsible for over 40 collective investment schemes. As a senior manager, David was also responsible for a team of staff under his management and, as Compliance Officer, reported to the Board regularly.

David is fully understanding of the obligations upon firms for their regulatory requirements. He has recently conducted specific training as to the roles and responsibilities of a compliance officer and money laundering reporting officer together with the senior management responsibilities within a regulated firm.  

David now acts as a specialised consultant for Gallium Fund Solutions Limited.
